ZN310型叶轮的断裂失效分析

摘    要:针对叶轮超速检测试验中出现的断裂问题,通过宏观与微观断口形貌观察、零件材料LD7、金相组织的分析等方法对叶轮断裂的原因进行综合分析,找到了产生断裂现象的原因。即叶轮断裂是由于锻造加热时温度控制不好导致过热,在随后的淬火工序中又因加热温度过低,组织固溶强化效果差等综合原因所致。

Abstract:Aimed at the problem of fracture during the excessive speed test of turbine wheel, through observing the appearance of a fracture by means of macro and micro ways and analyzing the material LD7, metallography, the causes of the fracture were analyzed. The results show that the fracture is caused by the heating temperature controlled improperly during forging which leads to the over heat, and the heating temperature is too low in the following quenching process that leads to the bad solution strengthening.
