| 摘 要： | 微波源功率输出控制技术在微波应用领域相当重要,在实际应用中希望获得稳定的功率输出,来使加工反应稳定进行。文章介绍一种基于可编程逻辑控制器的控制系统,通过对输出功率进行采样、处理并运用PID技术计算出控制参数,根据控制参数调节磁控管的磁场电流大小,达到控制微波源输出功率稳定的目的。

| Abstract: | Microwave sources output power control technique is very important in the field of microwave usage.We hope to get steady output power supply of microwave in pratical applications to make the reaction steady.In this paper,a control system based on PLC is introduced,by this system,the output sampling can be gotten and disposed,and the control parameters can be gottern by using digital PID arithmetic.According the marameter,the system adjusts the magnetic field current and the microwave output power can be controlled. |
