摘    要:随着NH3/CO2复叠式制冷系统的应用,开发高效冷凝蒸发器来提高系统的性能是必要手段。对一种新型NH3/CO2冷凝蒸发器进行实验研究得出:不同制冷工况下,不同的换热温差,测试出相对应的传热系数,对比分析出不同布管形式对传热系数、换热温差、热流密度等的影响,从而得出最优的布管方式,为高效冷凝蒸发器的开发和设计奠定了基础。

Abstract:Since the use of cascade NH3/CO2 refrigeration system has been widely spread,the exploitation of highly efficient evaporator is becoming an urgent demand.According to the experiment of a newly designed NH3/CO2 condensing evaporator,heat transfer coefficient is detected under different cascade cooling conditions and different temperature drop in heat exchange.Different internal pipe configurations in evaporator lead to different heat transfer coefficient,exchange temperature drop,heat flux etc.Therefore an optimized pipe configuration is one of the key techniques in the exploitation of efficient cascade evaporator.
