由于设备老化,装车楼786-2#液压泵站喷油也就成了平常事,2009年8月上旬就喷了2次,每次加液压油量在380kg之上。针对液压油浪费严重、补油困难等实际情况,对现有的低油位保护开关进行改造,并通过增加部分元件来减少喷油量,以达到缩短检修时间的目的。
