| 摘 要： | 设计一种以PLC控制为核心的自动煤炭分拣系统。在系统中加入多种传感器检测煤炭材料的属性与颜色,从而达到自动分拣的目的。该煤炭自动分拣装置具有运行安全、稳定性强、可靠性高及便于操作的优点。该系统降低了煤炭企业中人员的劳动量和生产成本,提高了企业生产效率,达到了企业获取利益的最终目的。

| Abstract: | A PLC is designed as the core of the automatic coal sorting system.And by adding a variety of sensors in the system,to detect the properties of coal and colors to achieve the purpose of automatic sorting.The automatic coal sorting system has some advantages such as the safe operation,high stability,reliability and easy to operation.The system reduces the amount of labor and production costs in coal companies,and improves production efficiency,achieves the ultimate goal of gaining access to benefits. |
