基于分布式光纤传感技术在煤矿企业中的应用分析

摘    要:随着我国经济的发展,当前我国煤炭企业的大型新建矿井的陆续建成和投产,机械化采煤比例增加,同时客户对商品煤煤质要求也在不断提高。为满足不同用户的需求,大中型煤矿一般都配备有自动化程度较高的煤炭检测设备,通过煤炭的洗选和分级,来满足客户的不同需求,从而达到对能源的充分利用并提高煤矿经济效益的目的。文章以线检测技术的设计思想,设计了基于分布式光纤传感技术的煤质快速灰分检测仪。

Abstract:As China’s economic development,the current large-scale coal enterprises of the new mines coming on stream and put into production,increasing the proportion of mechanized coal mining,while customers of commercial coal coal requirements are also rising.To meet the needs of different users,and medium-sized coal mines are generally equipped with a high degree of automation,coal testing equipment,by coal washing and grading,to meet the different needs of customers,so as to achieve the full utilization of energy and improve the economic coal mine Benefits.This line of detection technology to design,design based on distributed optical fiber sensing technology coal fast ash detector.
