| 摘 要： | 浸渗生产线中,多工位、多品种的同时生产对自动控制系统提出了较高的要求。文章结合某企业浸渗生产线全自动研制项目,重点给出浸渗线上工控机对全线自动控制与监控功能的实现方案,达到了操作简单、工艺灵活、生产稳定高效的目标。

| Abstract: | In the impregnation product line,the parallel produce of the multi-station and multi-type,has more string ent requirements aiming at the auto-control system.To solve the auto-control of impregnation product line,the auto-control project based on IPC is presented.The practical experiment shows this project has the advantages of simple operation,handy technique plan and stabilization. |
