不均匀侧压力下预制钢筋混凝土井壁的结构设计与分析

摘    要:在均匀侧压力作用下井壁截面内任意点都处于三向或多向受压状态,不会出现拉应力,而在不均匀侧压力下,井壁则会产生拉应力,以某矿风井累深121m井壁在不均匀侧压力作用的结构设计为例,介绍井壁的内力计算与分析。有限元分析结果表明:在井壁模型的0°边界外缘和90°边界内缘的混凝土环向应力最小,0°边界内缘和90°边界外缘的混凝土环向应力最大,需通过提高混凝土强度或者增加井壁厚度来满足工程施工和力学要求。

Abstract:Under a uniform lateral pressure,any point in shaft lining section is in triaxial or multiaxis compression state,and it won’t appear tensile stress,while in uneven lateral pressure,shaft lining then can produce the tensile stress.Take a mine with structural design of some wind well of 121m depth under uneven lateral pressure for example,this paper introduces the internal force calculation and analysis.The Results of finite element analysis show that in 0 ° outer boundary and 90° inner boundary of the shaft lining model the stress of inner edges of concrete is minimum,however,in 0° inner boundary and 90° outer boundary of the shaft lining model the stress of inner edges of concrete is maximum.Therefore it needs to improve the strength of concrete or increase the shaft lining thickness to meet the project construction and mechanical demands.
