机械设计在煤矿生产中的应用

摘    要:煤炭资源是国民经济建设中重要的基础能源,一直处于主导地位。现代化煤矿安全高效生产是与先进的机械设备分不开的。工作面的端头是煤矿生产事故易发生地点,端头支护情况直接影响回采工作面的快速推进和安全生产,因此搞好工作面端头支护设计极为重要。文章根据综采工作面端头支护存在的问题,提出一种新的设计方案,以替代原有支护方式,解决了煤矿生产的实际问题。

Abstract:The construction of the coal resources is an important basis for the national economy of energy,has been in a dominant position.Mine safety and efficiency of modern production and advanced machinery,and equipment are inseparable.End face is the place of proning to accident in coal mines,end support conditions directly affect the rapid progress and safety at the working face,it is extremely important for end support at the face.Based on the end support problems at the working face,a new design is proposed to replace the existing support ways to solve the practical problems of coal production.
