关于小口径钻探煤芯补救方法初步探讨

摘    要:结合黑龙江省宝泉勘探区实际情况,对小口径硬岩补斜进行探索和研究,2次失败,分析原因,通过对补斜前钻孔维护、偏斜器的制作、甩草把位置确定、斜孔钻进等方面的分析、研究,最后补斜成功:采煤4.07m,煤芯长度采取率100%。总结了一套有效的小口径硬岩补斜方法,解决该项钻探工艺难点。

Abstract:Based on the situation of Baoquan exploration area in Heilongjiang province to study the small-bore hard rock,there is twice failure.From filling inclined drilling maintenance、making skewed device,determining the position of jilt grass,drilling inclined hole,we analyse the reason and succeed in filling inclined drill,get the result of mining approximately 4.07 m,coal core length take rate 100%.We summarize a solution to drill inclined small-bore hard-rock.
