| 摘 要： | 通过对发动机气缸盖气门孔系技术要求的分析,阐述了气门导管孔加工中出现"黑皮"和表面粗糙度不合格问题,及加工座圈产生"闷车"现象的解决方法,从而提高了产品的精度,降低了成本,提高了生产效率。由此也为数控机床孔系加工的深入研究打下实践基础。

| Abstract: | This through analysing technical requirements engine cylinder lid valve hole.Described the ’black surface’ and the surface roughness unqualified problem in valve catheter hole machining,and the solution methods of spindle rotation suddenly stop’ phenomenon in machining pedestal rings,so as to improve the accuracy of the products and reduce the cost,improve the production efficiency.Thus it will lay the practice foundation for in-depth research of the valve hole machining in CNC. |
