| 摘 要： | 混凝土泵车是混凝土搅拌和输送的一体化设备。主要介绍了一体化混凝土泵车的总体设计和搅拌机构的设计,搅拌机构主要包括搅拌轴、搅拌叶片及其支撑、搅拌筒和卸料门等,搅拌机构采用液压马达驱动,液压泵站供能,并对搅拌叶片装配体进行了有限元分析。

| Abstract: | The machine of concrete pump is an equipment integrated concrete mixing and pumping.The paper mainly introduces the designs of the overalls and mixing institution.The mixing institution includes stirring shaft,stirring blades and the support,the mixing tube,the discharge gates and so on.It’s driven by hydraulic motor,and hydraulic pump station supplys for the energy.The assemble of the stirring blades and arms undergoes FEA. |
