| 摘 要： | 设计中的综掘机电机保护器能为综掘机内的3台电机提供过流、过载、堵转、缺相、过热、漏电保护,同时能够对综掘机电控部分220V,127V和36V供电回路提供漏电保护。该保护器提供开关量和RS-485两种接口,能够灵活的和PLC配合构成综掘机电控系统。

| Abstract: | In integrated mechanization roadheader,a motor protector has been designed for two purposes.One is for three motors to provide protection,such as overcurrent,overload,locked rotor,open-phase,overheat,electric leakage,and another is for 220V,127V and 36V electronic control power supply loop.And this protector has switch signal and RS-485 interface,so it is very easy to become integrated mechanization roadheader electronic control system with PLC. |
