尾矿干排处理系统的研究与开发

摘    要:文章讨论了一种高效、节能的振动筛式尾矿干排处理工艺及设备,用于处理各种矿山尾矿,可实现沙泥分离、泥水分离,干排处理后的沙泥可安全堆放,缩短复垦时间,处理后尾矿可以及时利用,消除了传统湿排方式中尾矿库溃坝的危险,为尾矿资源综合利用奠定了基础,且尾矿中的水经沉降、过滤后可以重新利用。

Abstract:This paper introduces an efficient and energy-saving vibrating screen discharge technology for dry tailing,which can be widely used to treat all sorts of mine trailings,with a positive result of silt and sludge-water seperating.After applying this system,the silt after dry tailing can be stacked safely,and the time to reclaim can also be shortened.What’s more,the tailings can be reused timely,which eliminates the risk of dambreak hazards in traditional wet process.This lays a foundation for multipurpose use of tailing resources.And finally,the water from tailings can be reused after sedmentating and filtering.
