摘 要: | 采用有限元方法对热轧精轧机机架进行应力分析。通过子模型技术对机架上横梁压下螺母孔顶部过渡圆弧处应力最大的部位进行精确计算,比较了整体模型和子模型计算结果差异,结果表明子模型方法更适合于机架应力集中处强度分析的精确计算。

Abstract: | The stress of a finish mill stand is analyzed with finite element method.The transition circular arc at the top of upright beam nut hole is accurately calculated by means of the sub-model method.The results of the sub-model method are compared with those of the integrated model method,and it is found that the sub-model method offers more reliable data for the lifetime of the finish mill stand and its maintenance. |
