摘    要:物料资源是钢铁制造系统产生环境影响的根源,揭示钢铁制造系统物料资源输入和环境排放之间的关联性是钢铁企业实施绿色制造的重要技术基础。建立钢铁制造过程输入输出框架模型,提出一种对钢铁制造过程物料资源消耗和环境排放进行关联性分析的方法。通过某炼钢工艺过程的应用实例,验证了上述模型和方法的有效性和可行性。

Abstract:Material flow is the source of environmental impact in the iron and steel manufacturing system,and to understand the correlation between material flow and environmental impact constitutes the technological basis for green iron and steel manufacturing.In this paper,input and output modeling is applied to describe the flow of materials and characterize the environmental emission associated with iron and steel manufacturing.This method can be used to identify opportunities for reducing the environmental impact associated with iron and steel manufacturing.The environmental performance improvement can be achieved by changing the material input of the process in consideration.A case study of steelmaking process is discussed,which verifies the practicability of the method.
