| Abstract: | The complete administration and on-line synchromonitor aimed to the deposit, flow and increment of stated-owned assets is a new breakthrough in the field of asset administration with the development of electronic official affair. Based on Geographic Information System in terms of B/S mode, this essay proposes the design of management information system and provides the technological characteristics and realization of the system. |
