模块化可编程控制器在密封油系统试验装置中的应用

摘    要:介绍了模块化结构的PLC在氢冷发电机密封油系统试验装置的试验数据采集应用实例,并与传统的试验室数据采集系统进行了比较.配置合适精度的模拟量处理模块的PLC系统可以成为试验室数据采集系统方案设计时的另一种选择,尤其是在设计非单纯的数据采集系统,试验设备也需要实行智能控制时,PLC系统自身就能够做到数字量、模拟量的输入输出相互关联,系统可以被设计为当上位机发生故障时仍然可以对外部设备进行有效的控制,确保设备和人员安全.PLC系统在此类试验装置中具有较大的优势。

Abstract:The application of PLC in the testing system of seal oil supplying equipment for hydrogen-cooled turbo-alternators is introduced, which is an instance of modular-structured PLC being applied to data acquisition purpose. A comparison of this newly-built system with different conventional data acquisition systems is carried out, which shows that the PLC configuration including analog signal processing modules with proper accuracy could be one of the candidates for data acquisition system, especially in those situations that data acquisition is not the only task, but the equipment also requires intelligent control. In a PLC system the association between switching signals and analog signals can be realized by itself without the support of the superior computer. By proper design of the control and data acquisition system, all peripheral equipment can still be properly controlled even when a catastrophic failure of control program on the superior computer arises, which is very important for the safety of personnel and devices. The PLC has therefore its own advantages for this type of system.
