摘    要:通过分析活塞环的基体组织、径向弹力与气缸套的匹配以及对其施行表面处理,以提高活塞环的耐磨性。对活塞环进行调质或渗氮处理,可显著提高其使用寿命。

Abstract:This paper deals with the approach to improve the abrasive wear resistance of piston ring through analyzing its matrix microstructure and radial elastic force,the matching between piston ring and cylinder as well as the surface processing of piston ring.It is concluded that nitriding or quenching and high temperature tempering can remarkably improve the service life of the ring.
