| 摘 要： | CAE技术近年来在塑料注射成型工艺方面得到广泛应用,目前广泛采用的注塑成型分析软件是MOLDFLOW公司开发的MPI系列软件.通过描述利用MOLDFLOW软件对注塑成型的流道系统的分析过程,简要介绍了CAE技术在塑料注射成型制品开发及模具设计中的作用.

| Abstract: | MPI software developed by MOLDFLOW Company is a kind of plastic injection molding analysis CAE software.It is widely used around the world currently.The process of using CAE software to improve the design of the runner systems of the two samples is described.In the process,these two runner systems are balanced to reach the designer's requisition and property demands and the utilization and its function of CAE technology in the development and design of plastic injection molding are introduced. |
