摘    要:探讨了湿法制备炭纤维纸过程中抄造条件对纸体匀度的影响,发现分散剂加入量过多和过少都会损害纸体的匀度;浆液停留时间的增加会造成纸体匀度变差.同时使用基于灰度共生矩阵的纹理分析方法详细讨论了炭纤维在浆液中的絮凝动力学,结果表明随着时间的增加絮凝体数目增多,体积变大;分析各个方向上纸体的纹理,发现浆液的波动和涡流也会造成纸体内部的纤维分布不均匀,从而使得纸体面内不均.

Abstract:The effect of wet preparation conditions on the formation of carbon paper precursor was investigated and it was found that the formation would be damaged if the amount of dispersant too high or too low and would become bad as increasing residence time.At the same time,flocculation kinetics in the carbon fiber suspension were discussed in detail using texture analysis method based on gray-level co-occurrence matrix,and the results suggested that the number of flocculation increased and its volume largened wi...
