| 摘 要： | 针对粉状MAP需求旺盛，各厂都对原生产装置挖潜改造、扩能翻番，就现有100kt／a粉状MAP装置的浓缩系统改造为200kt／a的料浆浓缩系统，提出了两效三体的料浆浓缩技术方案。通过对蒸发水量计算，认为只需增设一套原100kt／a料浆浓缩系统的蒸发循环回路，就可达到产量翻番，实现投资省、工程量小的要求。

| Abstract: | In response to increasing demand for powder MAP,the manufacturers are revamping and expanding the existing production facilities.The two-effect three-body slurry concentration technical scheme is proposed to double the existing 100 kt/a powder MAP plant to 200 kt/a.The calculation of water evaporation quantity indicates that the production capacity can be doubled simply by adding one evaporation recirculation loop in the existing 100 kt/a slurry concentration system,which will save investment and requires a small amount of engineering work. |
