裂解炉炉膛流动及传热状况的数值模拟

摘    要:以计算流体力学软件为工具,采用合适的燃烧模型和湍流模型,对乙烯裂解炉炉膛燃烧中的烟气流动分布和温度分布进行数值模拟,得到乙烯裂解炉炉膛中的流场和温度场等详细信息,揭示了炉膛内烟气流动、燃烧和传热过程的基本特点。模拟结果表明,烟气在底部烧嘴的射流核心区周围形成回流,沿着燃料气的射流方向,烟气的流速分布趋于平坦,回流现象消失;炉膛各方向上烟气温度分布不均匀,在炉膛的中部出现了炉膛的高温区域;烧嘴位置的不同造成炉管周向存在温度差异。

Abstract:To accurately describe the fuel combustion and radiative heat transfer process in furnaces was very crucial in comprehensive numerical simulation of cracking heater.Using commercial calculate fluid dynamics software to simulate combustion status,the aim was to get detail information about flow field,concentration distribution and temperature field in firebox of the cracking heater.Circumfluence appeared around the burners when fuel was dischareged from the jet of burners,along with the flow of flue gas,velocity of flue gas was retarding,and circumfluence disappeared gradually.Flow field and temperature field were asymmetric and uneven in the furnace.There was a high-temperature zone in middle of furnace.Difference of tube temperatures in the same altitude were due to layout of the burners.
