缩节胺、矮壮素在番茄种植过程中残留量变化的研究

摘    要:本文通过超高效液相色谱-串联质谱(UPLC-MS/MS)方法检测番茄植株和果实中的缩节胺、矮壮素残留含量,得出缩节胺、矮壮素在番茄种植过程中残留含量均有减少,其中番茄叶片中矮壮素、缩节胺的含量在35天左右的时间内,减少达96%以上,番茄果实中矮壮素、缩节胺的含量在10天内减少80%。说明缩节胺、矮壮素在番茄的生育过程中,会随着外界自然条件的影响而减少。

Abstract:The residues of chlormequat and mepiquat chloride in the tomato plant and fruit were studied by means of ultra performance liquid chromatography/electrospray ionization tandem spectrometer.The results showed that the residues of chlromequat and mepiquat chloride decreased in tomato plant and fruit,which decreased 96% in 35 days on tomato leaves,decreased 80% in 10 days on tomato fruit.These indicated that the residues of chlromequat and mepiquat chloride decreased in the process of growing with the change o...
