摘    要:利用某大型工矿企业的废渣赤泥、粉煤灰、煤矸石、劣质粘土为主要原料,通过加入成孔剂和适量成型助剂及烧成助荆分别调节气孔率、可塑性和强度,制备了高性能的可用于污水处理的多孔陶瓷滤球。讨论了4种成孔剂的成孔效果和影响气孔率、强度的因素。理化性能和显微结构测试表明,滤球气孔率高于55%,压碎力为0.779kN,气孔呈三维连通状。

Abstract:Using mud,fly ash,coal gangue and poor clay which come from a certain large-sized mining industry,pore foaming which can increase porosity,forming accessory ingredient which can adjust plasticity and sintering accessory ingredient which can modulate intensity to improve the performance of the sample,they can be used to produce ceramic filter material which can be used in sewage disposal. The pore-forming effectiveness,porosity and intensity of four pore-forming agents was compared and analyzed. Measurements of physicochemical properties and microscopic structure show the porosity is more than 55%,the crush force is 0.779 kN and the pore is three-dimensionally bonded.
