中心区枢纽综合体规划布局策略——以前海枢纽为例

城市中心地区枢纽综合体由于特殊地理区位具有区别于一般交通枢纽的特征,相应的规划设计要求及方法也应有所差异。本文在综合国内外案例经验基础上,分别从交通设施布局、物业综合开发、人行流线组织、空间布局设计等层面系统分析了中心区枢纽综合体的布局特征,以前海综合交通枢纽规划为例,探讨了中心区枢纽综合体规划设计理念和方法在实际工作中的应用,以期为我国同类型交通枢纽设计提供一定的参考和借鉴。

The Planning Strategies of Transportation Hub Complex in Downtown Area A Case Study of Qianhai Hub Center

Due to the unique geography characteristics of the transportation hub complex in the downtown area, the planning and design strategies of such hub should have some difference from those of conventional hubs. Based on cases both at home and abroad, this paper firstly analyses special layout patterns of such hub complexes, then discusses the 4 planning strategies taking the Qianhai Hub Center as an example, that is, the transportation facilities layout, comprehensive property development, stream of passenger and customers and the overall spacious layout. The concept and approaches of planning of transportation Hub complex in the downtown area and their application in practice are investigated. It is hoped that this will offer a reference for design of this type of transportation hub complex.
