石棉胶乳抄取板增强配方研究

摘    要:研究了提高造纸法生产的石棉胶乳抄取板强度的方法 ,发现适度的打浆可以提高抄取板的抗张强度 ;添加一定量的Al2 (SO4 ) 3可以促进各种化学助剂的留着 ,从而提高抄取板的强度 ;添加多硫化钠、钛酸酯偶联剂及醛类树脂增强剂都可以提高抄取板的抗张强度 ,但相对来说 ,多硫化钠对抄取板的抗张强度提高幅度较小 ,钛酸酯偶联剂及醛类树脂增强剂使提高幅度较大 ,但使用钛酸酯偶联剂易产生糊网问题 ,而醛类树脂类增强剂却不存在这方面的问题。因此 ,醛类树脂增强剂是一种理想的石棉胶乳抄取板的增强助剂。

Abstract:The formula to improve the tensile strength of the asbestos latex sheets made by papermaking process was studied in the paper.It was shown that the tensile strength increased when asbestos was refined. The addition of alum in wet end had some retention effect on fines and chemical additives, so the sheets tensile strength improved.The addition of the chemicals,such as sodium poly sulfide,titanate coupling agent and aldehyde resin strengthening agent,also improved the sheets tensile strength.However,the aldehyde resin strengthening agent had the best effect, so it was the suitable agent to improve the tensile strength of the asbestos sheets.
