某矿钼钨铁矿石选矿试验研究

摘    要:对黑龙江省某矿钼钨铁矿石进行了磁选铁-全硫浮钼-浮选钨、全硫浮钼-磁选铁-浮选钨两种工艺流程对比试验研究。试验结果表明,后者指标明显高于前者。经过详细的条件试验后,闭路试验最终获得了钼精矿、铁精矿、混合钨精矿3种产品。其品位分别为51.69%、68.22%、56.82%,回收率分别为90.19%、97.97%、73.21%。浮选钨精矿经过酸浸除磷、碳酸盐后,获得混合钨精矿品位为70.99%。

Abstract:Aiming at some ferromolybdenumtungsten ore from a metal mine in Heilongjiang province, two processing flowsheets are compared, one of which is iron magnetic separation-total sulphur molybdenum floatation-tungsten floatation and the other is total sulphur molybdenum floatation-iron magnetic separation-tungsten floatation. The experiment results show that the indices of the latter are obviously higher than those of the former. The closed-circuit tests obtain molybdenum concentrate, iron concentrate and tungsten concentrate at the grades of 51.69 %, 68.22 % and 56.82 %. Meanwhile, the recovery rates are respectively 90.19 %, 97.97 % and 73.21%. The floatation tungsten concentrate is treated by acid pickling to remove phosphonium and carbonate, and its final concentrate is 70.99 %.
