摘    要:以阳离子聚丙烯酰胺为絮凝剂、铝盐为凝聚剂对四种不同类型的水基废弃钻井液进行了固液分离的试验研究。结果表明,阳离子聚丙烯酰胺不仅可以有效地中和粘土颗粒表面ζ电位,使废弃钻井液的CST(毛细抽吸时间)值降低到100—200 s,达到化学脱稳,而且通过絮凝作用清除了废浆中粒径小于20μm的微细颗粒,使废弃钻井液彻底实现了固液分离。

Abstract:Using cationic hydropolyacrylamide as flocculant andaluminum salt as coagulant, the possibility of solid-liquid separation of waste water base drilling fluid was investigated. It was found out that, cationic hy-dropolyacrylamide could effectively reduce the CST (capillary suction time) to as low as 100-200 s, so as to reach a destabilization state. At the same time, it can also get rid of the fine grains by flocculation, thus makes the solid-liquid separation available.
