| 摘 要： | 基于LabVIEW的仓储管理系统是以LabVIEW软件系统为平台,结合条形码扫描枪及以及STM32为控制核心的输出模块所组成的智能化、自动化控制系统。系统通过条形码自动识别与数据库自动查询连接完成自动入库与订单出库配送功能。合理的仓库的空间布局、现场设备设施、仓库工作流程及管理系统方面进行改进解决了当前大型销售公司仓库管理中人工效率低、作业流程复杂以及当前仓库管理系统功能不能满足客户更高服务要求的问题。

| Abstract: | The warehouse management system based on LabVIEW uses LabVIEW software system as a platform and makes up the intelligent,automatic control system combined with barcode scanning gun and output module of STM32.The system achieves the function of automatic warehousing outbound distribution by automatic identification of bar code and automatic inquiring and connection of database.Reasonable warehouse space layout,field equipment and facilities,warehouse work process and management system improves the problems in the current large sales companies which are low efficiency,complex process and cannot meet the higher service of the customers. |
