| 摘 要： | 针对当前城市总体规划中存在的分析方法单一，城市规划与社会经济发展脱节以及规划缺乏动态性等一些问题，提出利用系统这理论与计算机技术结合的方法，通过建立城市总体规划系统动力学模型，对城市总体规划进行定量化和动态化的研究和模拟，探索城市规划与经济社会协调发展的较佳途径，并为城市总体规划方案优化提供比较具体和科学的依据。
