摘    要:电动机是工农业生产过程中的主要动力设备,但电动机的运行效率普遍较低,浪费电能问题较为严重,通过对异步电动机节电原理分析,采用单片机技术,智能化微处理器控制,采用逼近法动态调整供给电动机的电压和电流,使电动机输出功率与机械设备功率动态匹配,开发出的电动机节能控制装置,提高了电动机的功率因数,不但具有优良的节能效果,而且具有软起、软停、过载、短路、漏电等综合保护功能,实现了一台设备集节能与综合保护于一体的目的。

Abstract:The motors is the driving force in the process of industrial and agricultural production equipment.However,the motors efficiency is generally low.The more serious is the waste of energy issues.Through the principle of induction motor analysis,the use of single-chip technology,intelligence microprocessor controlled.Dynamic approximation method,used to adjust the supply voltage and current of the motor,the motor output power and mechanical equipment,power dynamics match the development of the motor energy-saving control device to improve the motors power factor.It not only has an excellent energy-saving effect,but also has soft-start,soft-stop,overload,short circuit,leakage protection,which achieve a set energy-saving equipment and comprehensive protection in one purpose.
