固结磨料金刚石锯丝制造技术

随着晶体尺寸的增大和切片质量要求的提高,固结磨料金刚石线锯的研制引起高度重视.电镀金刚石线锯具有磨粒把持强度高、耐磨性好等特点,但锯丝制造周期长,制造成本高,可采用毡刷摩擦阴极表面等工艺提高电镀金刚石锯丝的生产率.树脂结合剂金刚石锯丝的制造工艺简单,成本低,但在树脂加热固化过程中易引起金属丝青脆,可在树脂中添加微细铜粉提高锯丝的强度.采用镍涂层为金刚石磨料,可以提高锯丝的金刚石把持强度.

Some improvements on manufacturing techniques of fixed diamond wire saw

With the increase of crystal size and slicing quality,the development of fixed abrasive diamond wire saw becomes important.Electroplated diamond wires have high abrasive retaining strength and high resistance to wear,but have long production period and high costs.In this case,a felt brush can be used to rub the cathode surface to improve the wire production efficiency.Resinoid diamond wires can be produced at lower cost,but show blue brittleness after being heated to be cured.Copper powder can be added to the resin to increase the strength of the wire.Using Ni-coated diamonds can improve the diamond retaining strength of the wire.
