POSS在丁腈橡胶防老化中的应用

摘    要:以极润水性耐磨涂层液为基料,向其中添加不同含量的氨基POSS,制成了一系列防老化涂料,然后在丁腈橡胶表面进行涂敷和相应的耐老化性能测试。结果表明,所制成的涂层是一种综合性能优异的橡胶防老化涂层。所述POSS不仅可以提高涂层成膜后的强度,其笼状立体结构使自身分子尺寸较大,在涂层中成为潜在的物理交联点,有助于涂料的固化交联,从而提高涂层内部结构的稳定性,有效增强涂层的密封性能和热稳定性。在POSS含量为0.2%时能够最大程度地增强丁腈橡胶的耐老化性能,相应的拉伸强度为9.2 MPa,断裂伸长率为620%,能够很好地满足工业应用的要求。

Abstract:A series of anti-aging coatings were prepared by adding different amounts of amino POSS to Keelubr water-base and abrasion resistant coating solution, then ageing-resistant performance was tested after coating on it. The results show that the coating is a kind of rubber coating with excellent aging resistance. Adding POSS can improve not only the tensile strength of the coating but the leak tightness and thermal stability as well. Because the cage three-dimensional structure of POSS as potential physical cross-link point contributed to the crosslinking of coating. When the content of POSS was 0.2%, the ageing-resistant performance of NBR can be improved to the maximum extent. Specifically, the tensile strength of NBR was 9.2 MPa and the elongation was 620%,which can fairly meet the demands of industrial application.
