Ni-P低磷镀层制备及其耐磨性研究

摘    要:经过大量的单因素实验,如分别以络合剂柠檬酸、温度、pH值和还原剂次亚磷酸钠为因素通过正交实验方法制备不同类型的Ni-P镀层,研究四种因素对镀速、孔隙率、磷含量和自腐蚀电位的影响,得到四个不同的Ni-P镀层配方。采用极差分析法分析并确定各因素对镀层影响的主次顺序。通过XRD、SEM分析Ni-P低磷镀层的晶体结构和表面形貌,研究低磷镀层的显微硬度和耐磨性,结果表明镀层的磨损量和镀层显微硬度的变化规律呈线性关系。

Abstract:Through lots of experiments with single factors like complexing agent citric acid, temperature, pH value and sodium hypophosphite, the author studied the effects of the above four single factors on deposition rate, porosity, the content of P, corrosion potential respectively by orthogonal experiment method and got four different formulations. The range analysis method was adopted by the author to analyze the main order of influences of each factor. This paper analyzed the crystal structure and surface morphology of the low-phosphorus plating through XRD and SEM and studied abrasive resistance and microhardness of the low-phosphorus plating and finally found the relationship between the abrasive resistance and microhardness of Ni-P low-phosphorus plating.
