数控镗铣床主轴箱装配体装配设计分析

摘    要:介绍了在Pro/Engineer环境下开发的数控镗铣床主轴箱的装配设计系统。在主轴箱各子装配体和总装配体3维实体模型的基础上进行设计结构的装配性能分析,包括装配干涉检查、装配可行性分析、装配路径规划、装配序列规则,从而保证主轴箱装配体3维实体模型能用以支持面向装配的全相关设计。

Abstract:In this paper,assembly design system of numeric controlled boring and milling machine main spindle box developed by Pro/Engineer is introduced.Using the method of object-oriented,the model of the assemble and sub-assembles of main spindle box is set up.On this base,assembly function of design structure is analysed,including assembly interference inspection,assembly feasibility analysis,assembly path plan,assembly order plan,making main spindle box assembly three-dimensioned model be object-oriented completely related design.
