摘    要:介绍了有限元方法在剑杆织机开发中的应用。选择新型剑杆枳机关键零件筘座支座进行有限元分析,可以得到筘座支座的应力和应变。通过灵敏度分析确定各主要参数的变化范围,经过优化分析得到各个参数的最优值。最后将优化的结果反馈给产品设计系统完成改进设计。

Abstract:The paper introduced the application of finite element method in developing rapier loom. The stress and strain of the sword sley which is a key part of the new developed rapier loom can be obtained By using finite element analysis. The sensitivity analysis is carried out according to the distribution of the stress and strain. The variation of the main parameter can be determined after sensitivity analysis. The optimized result of these parameters can be obtained by optimization study. At last the optimized result fed back to the part design system to complete the design change.
