| 摘 要： | 工程造价人员是我国建设行业中必备的工程技术人员，工程造价工作的效果直接受造价人员的素质影响，从思想道德，专业业务及身体条件三个方面论述了造价人员应具备的基本素质，目的是与从事造价工作的各位同仁交流，同时也与准备从事造价工作的人士探讨，共同为提高我国工程造价队伍的整体素质而努力。

| Abstract: | Engineering cost personnel is necessary engineering technical personnel in all walks of life. The effect of engineering cost influenced by the quality of cost personnel. From three aspects: morality, professional operation and health condition the basic qualities of engineering cost personnel are discussed. Its aim is to enhance the integral quality of engineering cost teams of out country. |
