摘    要:为实现脉冲电容器组充电系统的大功率、小型化、适合野外工作并具有较高安全性能,研制了一台采用全桥逆变器结构和串联谐振电路且输出电压为10 kV、输出平均充电功率为20 kJ/s的高频高压充电电源,介绍了其电源结构、工作方式和电源的系统参数以及实验波形,其中重点介绍了电源的软件和硬件保护功能。针对高压电源要求的高压隔离问题,还介绍了高压继电器和光电隔离系统两项安全措施。实验证明该电源在大功率、小型化、工作安全可靠等方面达到了设计指标。

Abstract:To meet the requirements of high-power and miniaturization as well as high security and fitting for fieldwork,a 20 kJ/s 10 kV highfrequency high-voltage capacitor charging power supply is developed for pulse capacitor energy storage system.The high-frequency high-voltage capacitor power supply adopts a full bridge inverter structure and series resonant circuit.The circuit diagram,operating mode,system parameters and experimental waveform are introduced.The software and hardware protective measures adopted for the power supply are emphatically introduced.In the software protective system the charging overtime protection is adopted to prevent the short circuit malfunction which improves secure performance of the charging power supply.In the hardware protective system the open circuit protective measurement is newly adopted.To meet the requirements of the high voltage isolation of high voltage power supply,the high-voltage relay and optoelectronic isolation system were adopted.Experimentation validates that the 20kJ/s 10kV high-frequency high-voltage capacitor charging power supply achieved the design guidelines in the aspects of high power,miniaturization,and security performance.
