摘    要:以三乙胺为催化剂、维生素E(VE)和琥珀酸酐为原料合成维生素E琥珀酸单酯。采用正交设计法进行工艺优化,并用HPLC法对产物进行分析,优化的反应条件为:丙酮为溶剂,n(VE):n(琥珀酸酐)=1:1.5,催化剂用量0.2 mL,反应时间为8 h,温度为50℃,酯化率可达88.34%,产物纯度>96%。

Abstract:Catalyzed by triethyl amine, vitamin E succinate was synthesized with vitamin E and succin-ic anhydride. Through orthogonal experiments and the vitamin E succinate product was analysed by HLCP. The optimal conditions were found as follows: propanone as solvent, the molar ratio of vitamin E to succinc anhydride = 1 : 1. 5, 0. 2 mL catalyst, reaction time 8 h and reaction temperature 50℃. Under these conditions, the conversion of vitamin E was 88. 34% and the purity of the product was above 96%.
