摘    要:静电纺丝工艺被认为是至今为止制备连续微/纳米纤维的最有效的一种方法,是当今一大研究热点。借助于Maxwell电场模拟软件以及具体试验研究了针头探出距离对静电纺纤维沉积状态的影响。结果表明,电场仿真模拟能够较好地解释针头探出距离对纤维条带形态的影响规律。无论在针头-平板式还是在平板-平板式电场结构体系中,针头探出距离都会显著影响沉积纤网的外观,针头探出距离越大,沉积环形纤维条带的周长越大,而且条带变得更加圆整。对于平板-平板式电场结构,纤维条带的圆整度更高,但是外径相对更小。研究结论对指导静电纺丝工艺中喷丝针头的设计将会具有一定的实际意义。

Abstract:Electrospinning process is considered to be the most effective method to prepare continuous micro/nanofibers and is a research hotspot at present. Effect of extended distance of needle on deposition state of elctrospun fibers was studied by means of Maxwell electric-field-simulation software and concrete experiment. Results indicated electric-field simulation could give a good explanation on the influence law of extended distance of needle on the morphology of the annular fibrous web. Extended distance of needle presented a remarkable impact on the outlook of deposited fibrous web in both needle-plate electric field and plate-plate one. With the increase of extended distance, circumference and spherical degree of the obtained annular fibrous web were both increased. For the plate-plate electric field system, annular fibrous web possessed a larger spherical degree, but a lower outer diameter. Research conclusions would have certain practical significance for the design of electrospinning spinneret.
