LiFePO4锂离子电池充电限制电压的研究

摘    要:介绍了采用改性聚氧化乙烯(PEO)作黏结剂制作LiFePO4锂离子电池。以不同的充电限制电压分别测试了电池的循环性能。试验结果表明:充电限制电压在3.6—4.0V时,电池的循环性能较好;充电限制电压在4.1V以上时,电池的循环性能明显较差;充电限制电压在3.6—4.0V时,电池的放电容量基本无变化。

Abstract:The LiFePO4 Li-ion battery with PEO as positive material binder was introduced.The battery was tested at different limit of charging voltages.The test results showed that the cycle performance was perfect when the upper limit of charging voltage was in the range from 3.6V to 4.0V.As the upper limit of charging voltage was above 4.1V,the cyclic performance became worse significantly.When the upper limit of charging voltage changed between 3.6V and 4.0V,the corresponding discharge capacity did not change.
