连铸连轧10CrNiCu钢板厚度方向元素分布特征分析

摘    要:采用激光原位分析技术,研究了连铸连轧10CrNiCu钢板中各元素在板厚方向的分布,结果表明:C在钢板下表面含量高,上表面含量低;P、S偏析微区弥散分布;Mn、Ni、Cr、Si基本沿板厚中心对称分布,为中心正偏析,Cu的分布最均匀。元素的偏析度基本与原子半径大小成反比关系,C的偏析度最大,P、S、Si偏析度居中,Mn、Cr、Ni、Cu的偏析度较小。

Analysis of Element Distribution Character in Thickness Direction of Continuously Cast Continuously Rolling 10CrNiCu Steel Plate
Abstract:The element distribution character in thickness direction of continuously cast continuously rolling 10CrNiCu steel plate was studied by laser in situ analysis technology. The results show that the content of C in lower surface is higher than that of upper surface,the segregation micro zone of P and S scatter finely,Mn,Ni,Cr,Si are central positive segregation and distribute symmetrically along the center line of the steel plate,Cu is well-distributed,the relationship between segregation and radius of element atom is inverse proportional,the segregation of C is most significant,the segregation of P,S,Si are medium,the segregation of Mn,Ni,Cr,Cu are minute.
