| 摘 要： | 黄委会水管体制改革结束后,＂管养分离＂体制框架初步形成,就水利工程维护中存在的资金运行缓慢、维修项目缺漏、工作程序不规范及人员素质不齐等一系列需要完善的问题,进行了具体分析,提出了相应对策,为今后的水管工作开展提供依据.

| Abstract: | After the reform of water management system of Yellow River,the frame of Separation on Management and Maintenance is initially established,the problems about the slow run of funds,lack items in repairment items,non-standard work procedures and low quality of workers,and so on,is needed to be improved analyzed,and the corresponding measures is set up and these provides a basis for furture water management. |
