双向零泄漏非接触式机械密封的研究及应用

摘    要:借助流体动压润滑理论研制开发出具有“双向零泄漏”功能的非接触式机械密封,并对其性能进行了实验研究,结果表明该密封具有优良的密封性能,而且稳定性好,节能效果显著。最后,把自行研制的新型密封应用在离心压缩机上,成功取代了国外进口接触式机械密封。

Abstract:The new bi-direction zero leakage non-contacting mechanical seal was developed on basis of the hydrodynamic lubrication theory,and its advantageous sealing performances were verified by experiments.The result shows that the new non-contacting seal has the features excellent sealing function,stability and energy saving.The seal was successfully applied for the butane centrifugal compressor instead of imported contacting seal.
