羟基茚满麝香DDHI合成研究

摘    要:2,6-二异丙基苯酚(DIPP)与异戊二烯(IP)反应生成羟基茚满麝香DDHI,用C-2催化剂,反应最佳条件为:IP与DIPP物质的量比为1.30;C-2催化剂与DIPP的质量比为1.40;反应温度为95℃,产品收率高于文献[2]约10个百分点以上,高于本院自制C-1催化剂的收率约4个百分点以上。在10L玻璃反应釜中重复试验12批次后,产品收率仍达到80.9%,平均收率80.0%。

Abstract:The main factors affecting the reaction of 2,6 diisopropylphenol with isoprene to form hydroxyindan musk DDHI were discussed.The optimum reaction conditions are isoprene/2,6 diisopropylphenol=1 30(mol/mol); C 2 cat/2,6 diisopropylphenol=1 4(w/w);reaction temperature was 95℃.C 2 catalyst can be used repeatedly for more than 12 times.It has been proved that C 2 catalyst is better than other catalysts.The yield is 10% more than that of USP and is 4% more than that of C 1catalyst previously made by the authors.
