熔体泵故障分析

摘    要:针对熔体泵在高填充板材生产线上使用过程中出现的电流波动过大而造成的驱动电机过载跳车问题,提出了通过调整减速箱速比来提高熔体泵输出扭矩的解决方案,解决了熔体泵的电机、减速箱和变频器的匹配问题,经过改造,其驱动电机电流为额定值的55%,扭矩为额定值的60%,达到预期目的.

Abstract:According to the problem of overlarge fluctuations of melt pump current in the extended filling plate extruding line,which resulted in the overload of drive motor and halted,by adjusting the speed ratio of the reducer to improve the output torque of melt pump,the matching problem of the melt pump motor,reducer and frequency converter was solved.After modification,the drive current was 55%rated,the torque was 60%rated.
