摘    要:采用熔融共混挤出的方法,制备了尼龙(PA)6/LiCl复合材料,研究了不同含量的LiC1对PA6的结晶结构及性能的影响.傅立叶变换红外光谱、差示扫描量热、X射线衍射分析及力学性能测试结果表明,LiC1中“+和PA6间产生了络合作用,破坏了PA6中原有的氢键,降低了PA6的分子链的规整排列,但该络合作用使PA6分子链间产...

Abstract:The PA6/LiCl composites were prepared by melt blend extrusion.The effects of LiCl with different content on the crystallization structure and properties of PA6 were studied.The experimental results of DSC,XRD,FTIR and mechnical properties test showed that complexation was produced between Li+ of LiCl and PA6 and the original hydrogen bond of PA6 was destroied,the irregularity of molecular chains of PA6 was reduced.But the complexation induced that PA6 had stronger active force which was stronger than hydrogen bond among the molecular chains of PA6.As the content of LiCl increased,the crystallinity of PA6 decreased gradually,the crystallization temperature and melting temperature reduced steadily,the tensile strength,bending strength and thermal distortion temperature firstly decreased and then increased and the notched charpy impact strength was reverse.When the mass fraction of LiCl was 4.5%,the mechnical properties of PA6/LiCl composite were optimum.
