摘    要:针对我国配电网及箱式变电站无功补偿存在的问题,提出一种融合配电变压器和静止无功补偿单元的一体化无功补偿技术,该技术利用配电变压器的富余容量,动态补偿变压器及其负载的无功消耗;通过灵活的接入电压选择,扩展了补偿单元电力电子器件的选型范围;紧凑的一体化结构也有效降低了补偿装置的体积和成本,提高了装置的整体效率。介绍了该技术的结构形式,并针对其结构特殊性,提出了2种跨端口瞬时无功功率(电流)的检测方法。仿真和实验结果表明,该技术对配电网无功动态补偿和综合电能质量控制有着显著的效果。

Abstract:In view of problems in domestic distribution networks and reactive power compensation of box substations,an integrated reactive power compensation technology that combines distribution transformer and static reactive power compensation unit is proposed.By use of surplus capacity of the distribution transformer,reactive power loss of dynamic compensation transformer and the load as well as flexible choice of input voltage,the range of type selection of power electronic devices for compensation unit is broadened.The indiscrete integration structure also effectively decreases size and cost of compensation devices and improves the overall efficiency of the devices.The paper introduces the structural configuration of the technology and proposes two test methods for inter-terminal transient reactive power(current).The simulation result and the test indicate that the technology is significantly effective on reactive power compensation of distribution networks and integrated control of power quality.
