| 摘 要： | 为提高玻璃钢外护预制直埋保温管的预制质量,结合原材料验收、钢管除锈、聚氨酯保温层预制、外护层预制等方面的实际生产情况及相关标准规范,介绍了玻璃钢外护预制直埋保温管生产过程中易出现的问题及应对措施,以保证保温管的质量,进而保证工程质量.

| Abstract: | Directly berried and prefabricated insulation pipes of GFRP outer protection was underground heating project.In order to improve the quality of directly berried and prefabricated insulation pipes,based on the actual production process including the acceptance of raw materials,steel rust,the production of polyurethane foaming plastic,the prefabrication of outer layer and so on,the issues and measures were introduced combined with the relative standard specifications.The quality of insulation pipes could be ensured as far as possible and then the project quality accordingly. |
